How do I make wholesale purchases?

Once you have decided on the garment, you can view the precise size measurements  and colour options from the garment’s description page. You can view the price by clicking the ‘add to cart’ button. You can then email us the list of garments you are interested in, at to place your order. How do I make customised purchases?

You would need to email us your product name, preference material, design and tech pack, and pay for the sample production for us to produce your first sample. Once you are satisfied with the sample, you may pay for the bulk order for us to process the mass production. For more information please read our Tailor-Made Guide 

​​What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no MOQ required for our in-stock wholesale products. However for customised products, the MOQ is usually 20 units for every design, colour, and size. The MOQ depends on the exact product that you are looking for. Please contact us at for confirmation.

​​How do I know which size to order?

There are the size options for individual garments in their description page. You can find full measurements of each size and information on how to compare your measurements if you scroll down the page. If you are unsure or want the size to be a bit bigger, please contact our customer service team at . We are more than happy to help you.

How do I know the colour options?

There are the colour options for individual garments in their description page. You can find them on the left of the major picture. If you are unsure or want the colour that is not from the option we provided, please contact our customer service team at . We are more than happy to help you.

Where can I find the technical information regarding an individual product?

Do you offer private label service?

Yes we do, we can sew your label onto the garment if you send us your labels; We can also produce your label for you if you send us the measurements and picture of the logo, and then sew them on for you.

Do you sell fabrics or yarns?

Yes we do, the MOQ for yarn is 1kg per colour, MOQ for fabric is 1m per colour. Please email us at for more information.

Delivery and Shipment

Where do CH Cashmere ship to?

We ship across the world via DHL, UPS and FedEx. All international deliveries need to be signed for and can be tracked from the point at which they are dispatched. In some extreme cases we may choose another delivery service for your order, but will confirm this to you by email.

​​How do I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us including your tracking number. In some cases, you will receive an email with your tracking details from the courier after the order has been dispatched.

​​When will I receive my order?

All orders delivered via DHL will usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days; Orders delivered via UPS or FedEx will usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days. This can however take a little longer or shorter at times depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.

​​What should I do if I receive faulty, damaged or incorrect items?

We are very sorry you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. The payment needs to be completed 100% in advance before we start preparing your order. Please bear in mind that if you choose PayPal, there is a service charge of 4.4% of the total amount of your order.

​​What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charge depends on the weight of your order as well as the delivery address. DHL is the fastest delivery option, however it is also the most expensive option. We will ask for your delivery information for making your invoice, your freight cost will display on your invoice. Alternatively, you could order your own courier to pick up your order from our warehouse. In this case we will not charge to any delivery fees.
