1. Product Name
The first thing you need to do is to tell us what kind of product you want to make. Is it a dress, a sweater, a scarf, or a pair of pants? You can choose from our existing wholesale product categories, or you can request something completely new. We are always open to new ideas and challenges!
The next thing you need to decide is the material of your product. Cashmere is our specialty, and we have a wide range of certified yarns for you to choose from. You can view our yarn selection from: https://www.chcashmere.biz/yarn .
You can also specify the gauge, the weight, the color, and the blend of your yarn. If you have your own material that you want us to use, you can send it to us as well.
Now comes the fun part: designing your product! Please send us your tech-pack with the precise measurements and details of your design.
For the better effect and save the sample production cost, you can also send us sample products for reference, such as embroidery, knitting patterns, buttons, zippers, etc. We will follow your instructions closely and make sure your product is exactly how you want it.
4. Payment for Sample Production
Once we have all the details of your design, we will send you an invoice for the sample production and freight cost. You can pay securely via bank transfer or PayPal account. As soon as we receive your payment, we will start making the sample for you.
5. Sample Confirmation
When you receive the sample, you can check it carefully and see if it meets your expectations. You can also try it on and see how it fits and feels. If you are happy with the sample, you can confirm it with us. If you need any adjustments or changes, you can let us know and we will make them for you.
6. Bulk Order
The final step is to place the order for mass production. You can choose the quantity and size of your order, and we will send you another invoice for the bulk order and freight cost. Once we receive your payment, we will start producing your order as soon as possible. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it may take from 7 to 30 days for us to finish it and ship it to you.
