Furthermore, we encourage you to detail your preferences regarding the gauge, weight, color, and composition of the yarn and garment. Payment for Sample Production
We would like to remind our esteemed customers that in order to proceed with the customization of your luxury knitwear, it is essential to complete the fourth step of our process: the payment for sample production and freight costs. Our commitment to excellence ensures that each sample garment is crafted according to the precise specifications of your provided tech pack.
However, production can only continue once payment or proof of payment is received. This policy enables us to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality. We appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter, ensuring a seamless continuation of your bespoke knitwear experience.

Sample Confirmation
We are pleased to inform you that the sample garments for your custom knitwear order, crafted as per the specifications of the provided tech pack, are now ready for your review. This is a crucial fifth step in our bespoke creation process, and your satisfaction is paramount. We kindly ask that you meticulously examine the samples to ensure they meet your expectations and align with the tech pack details. Should you find any discrepancies or elements that require adjustment, please notify us promptly so we can discuss and renegotiate as necessary. Upon your approval of the samples, we will proceed with confidence to the next phase of your custom knitwear order. Your feedback is invaluable in perfecting your exclusive designs.

Bulk Order
We are delighted to inform you that we have reached the final stage of your custom knitwear order. Following your approval of the sample garment, which was meticulously crafted in accordance with the technical specifications you provided, we are now ready to proceed with the bulk production. To initiate this phase, we kindly request the payment for your order, including the freight cost. Rest assured, upon receipt of the payment or a valid proof of payment, we will commence the production of your order without delay. The completion time for your bulk order will vary based on the quantity and complexity ranging from 7 to 30 working days. Once finished, we will promptly dispatch your order to your designated address. We appreciate your business and look forward to fulfilling your order with the utmost care and quality.

Lead Time for Sample and Product
The estimated production time for samples is 10 - 15 days.
The estimated production time for bulk order is 20 - 25 days.
We provide 2 ways of shipment: Express or Air.
Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (DHL would be the fastest, but also costs the most)
Please allow 3 - 4 days for the shipment to be delivered after it has left our warehouse.
Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order requirement is 20 units per color and size. However, this quantity may vary for certain items. We kindly request that you reach out to us directly from contact@chcashmere.biz for precise confirmation of your order specifications.
Labels
We kindly request that you inform us beforehand should you require labels. You have the option to provide us with your label design for production, or alternatively, you may supply us with pre-fabricated labels for application. Our production capabilities encompass a diverse range of label types, such as swing tags, main labels, and care instructions.
Swatches and Color Cards
