Our guide will walk you through the steps of accessing our wholesale portal, browsing our catalog, and checking the price. We hope this will make your order experience easier and more enjoyable. CH Cashmere offers a wide range of products for wholesale on our website, such as sweaters, shirts, vests, dresses, pants, coats, ponchos, scarves, hats, throws and more. You can find everything you need to stock your store with the finest knitwear items that will delight your customers and boost your sales.
Step 1: Click into 'Wholesale Page'
You can either type in the key words of design that you want in the search bar, or browse through our wholesale page to look for your preference garments.
Step 2: Check the Materials, Colour Options, and Sizing
Once you click on the picture of garment, the link will take you to the product page. You will see a lot of detailed information, such as the materials, colour and size options that are available. You may also scroll down for more precised measurements of different sizes.
Step 3: Price
After you have selected the right size for the garment you want, click on the 'add to cart' button. Then, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page, and you will see a detailed breakdown of your order, including the individual prices and the subtotal. You can also adjust the quantity or remove items if you change your mind.
4.0 Contact Us
To place your order, simply send us an email at admin@chcashmere.biz and tell us what you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the availability, as well as answer any questions you my have.
4.1 Delivery Options
The in-stock wholesale products' delivery time would be 7 to 10 working days. We provide shipment via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. DHL is the fastest option, but it also costs more. To get a quote for your freight cost, please provide us with your full delivery address and postcode.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier to pick up your orders from our company.
4.2 Invoice
We will issue you your invoice once the freight cost has been confirmed. For this step, we will need some information from you, such as your full name, company name, VAT IT (if applicable) and contact number. Please make sure to send us these details as soon as possible.
5.0 Payment
As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel left our ware house. All you need to do is just relax and wait for your parcel to arrive.
